Victoria Care Center is a 49 bed licensed skilled nursing facility located on 3541 Puente Ave in Baldwin Park and has been proudly serving the needs of the Los Angeles County area for many years.

Skilled Nursing Care
We provide Licensed Nurses around the clock to assist with medically complex conditions that require skilled nursing care for services including but not limited to:
IV Therapy, Wound Care, Nutritional Support, Medication and Disease Management, Our nurses work closely with physicians to promote recovery and achieve the optimum desired result.

Rehabilitation
Due to the growing demand of patients admitted to skilled nursing facilities with the expressed desires to return home, our Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapist work together in developing goals to enable the resident to return to their highest possible level of function prior to discharging home, or to a lower level of care.
