Last year, nearly three-quarters of our inpatients re-entered their communities from our newly expanded, comprehensive Chicago rehabilitation hospital, located just three miles from Chicago's Loop. After returning home, our patients continue to benefit from outpatient care. Working with a wide range of partners, Schwab provides primary, acute, subacute and outpatient care to disabled people who live in the community.
